Do you believe in magic?
Hey everyone, magic is real…
What will you do if you realise that magic is real and you can do it if
there is blood. Feel free to read this
book which is Blood Magic by Tessa Gratton.
Here is some review about this book.
For Nick Pardee and Silla Kennicot, the cemetery is the
centre of everything. They met without coincident
and they fell in love. But, each of them
held a secret.
Silla has just lost
her parents in a bloody murder. Everyone
kept saying that her father killed her mother and the commit suicide. But, she knew that her father was not like that. She strongly believed that her father will
not kill her mother. Everything started
when she received a spell book on her doorstep.
She knew that she can reveal about her parents death.
Nick Pardee is a city boy who came from Chicago to Yaleylah,
Missouri as his dead grandfather gave all his things under his name. He kept remembering his mother when he was
here. He tried to vanish all his memory
with his mother. But as he had to come
to Yaleylah, the memory came again.
When
they met each other, everything changed.
Together they plunge into the world of dark magic, but when a
hundred-year-old blood witch, Josephine comes hunting for the bones of Silla’s
parents and the spell book, Nick and Silla will have to let go of everything
that they believe about who they are, the nature of life and death, and the
deadly secret that hide in blood.
I love this book as because when I read this book, I can
feel the feeling that Nick and Silla felt when they were chased by
Josephine. I am also frightened when I read
this book. If you want to feel the
thrill, read this book

Assalamualaikum peeps !
Here's for you guys.. Overview about a non-fiction book that I read last month... Enjoy reading... ^_^

The other version of the book cover of this story... |
How would it feels like being abandoned by a person you trust the most that you give your hope to, to continue your life at the time when you’ve got no one to held on to? Just know it hurts. Truly and deeply. Sheila, a tough girl portrays by me experience this twice in her life. Abandoned by her mother on a highway at age four without any reason, abused by her drug-addict father between his prison stints, autistic, electively mute Sheila at age six broke through her silent rage to communicate, aided by her five-month relationship with special-education teacher Hayden. Hayden added colour to Sheila’s life, setting a tree to that poor little girl but she took away all that from Sheila and making it worst, Sheila oversees Hayden as a mother that she believe would never do such things to her.
Reality then tended to beat Sheila up, she no longer had anyone to help her through it. Sheila was having lived her life very much alone with the exception of the five months in Torey's classroom in Marysville. To think into this critically, is five months really enough to build a sturdy enough platform for this kid? All kids surely need constant care and attention; kids in healthy households living comparatively idyllic lives still clamor for more and more attention, love and care.
It was heartbreaking to learn that the happiness and love that Sheila discovered in Torey's classroom did not last after she left. However, the story of she survived despite her many hardships, even finding some of that happiness again when she and Torey were reunited, was fascinating and often tear-jerking.
The Tiger’s Child might sound somewhat dark because Sheila's life definitely wasn't light and breezy. However, it is surprisingly uplifting, because Sheila's story is one of perseverance. Each page leaves the reader wondering what will happen next and hoping for the best for both Sheila and Hayden.
A
quote from Sheila
To Torey with much Love~~
All the rest came
They tried to make me laugh
They played their games with me
Some games for fun and some for keeps
And they went away
Leaving me in the ruins of games
Not knowing which were for keeps and
Which were for fun and
Leaving me alone with the echoes of
Laughter that was not mine.
Then you came
With your funny way of being
Not quite human
And you made me cry
And you didn’t seem to care
if I did
You just said the games are over
And waited
Until all my tears turned into joy.

vampires are in the house
Hi guys… the vampires are in the house!!! Have you ever watch twilight movies??? I have watched all of them but I only read
the first book… So I’m gonna talk about
the Twilight novel written by Stephenie Meyer.
FYI I love to read novels about vampire very much…
So this story is basically about Isabella Marie Swan, Bella
who moves from sunny Phoenix to the rainy Forks, Washington to live with her
father, Charlie as her mother, Renee wanted to travel with her new
husband. The first day she was in
school, she had attracted few attentions.
She quickly befriended with several students and several students.
Everything changed when he first met Edward Cullen. They were sitting next to each other in
Biology class. Edward was very cold
towards her.The next days, Edward did
not come to school for several days. As you all know, Edward is a vampire that did not suck human blood. that is why he can live with the people. But, Bella blood smell different and he could not read Bella's mind. he was gone for several days as he want to control himself when he met Bella. That is why when he return, he became good with Bella.
The truth about Edward as a vampire is known by Bella when
Edward saved her from being crushed by a car.
Edward came to save her in a speed of light. She was very curious what Edward is and
finally Edward told her about the truth.
Then… their story begin…
Read this book if want to know about their story. The movie is slightly different from the novel. But it is still the same… So read this book and fall in love with
Edward Cullen.

CUT
Assalamualaikum.
Hye everyone. I hope you all have a nice day! Today I am
going to tell you about a book that I have finished for only one day. The book
is so amazing. It’s about a true story of an abandoned, abused little girl who
was desperate to be part of a family. Let’s look at the lil synopsis :
This is the
story of the Dawn, a sweet and seemingly well-balanced girl whose outward
appearance masks a traumatic childhood of suffering at the hands of the very
people who should have cared for her. Dawn was the first girl Cathy Glass ever
fostered. Sweet and seemingly well balanced girl, Dawn's outward appearance
masked a traumatic childhood so awful, that even she could not remember it.
During the first night, Cathy awoke to see Dawn looming above Cathy's baby's
cot, her eyes staring and blank. She sleepwalks--which Cathy learns is often a
manifestation in disturbed children. It becomes a regular and frightening
occurrence, and Cathy is horrified to find Dawn lighting a match while mumbling
it's not my fault in her sleep one night. Cathy discovers Dawn is playing
truant from school, and struggling to make friends. More worryingly she finds
her room empty one night, and her pillow covered in blood. Dawn has been
self-harming in order to release the pain of her past. When Dawn attempts
suicide, Cathy realizes that she needs more help than she can give. Dawn's
mother eventually confides in her that Dawn was sent away to live with
relatives in Ireland between the ages of 5 and 9, and Cathy soon realizes that
the horrors Dawn was exposed to during this time have left her a very disturbed
little girl.
Actually this
book tells us a true story of Cathy Glass’s life during she take care of Dawn.
Cathy Glass had fostered for almost 70 children and Dawn was her first adopted
child. Why I said this book is great because it conveys a lot of good messages
in our life as normal human being.
So that, this is
the reason why we should read Cut by Cathy Glass :
Based on humanity problem.
We can know how to handle a problem little children.
A lot of surprising moment.
The most important thing is I had a bad sleep talking about
this story and made my roommate scared of me. Haha :D So, let’s find this book at
any bookstores.

Jodi Picoult's Books
Promoting JODI PICOULT’S books
Guys, if you’re the kind of
readers that enjoy reading stories that revolve on the love and bond between
family and friends, the answer is JODI PICOULT. Definitely! Hers are the best,
and I can guarantee that you will crave for more of her books after you read
one.
Some of Picoult's great novels :
MY SISTER'S
KEEPER
My Sister's Keeper, which was
made into a feature film several years ago, is told from the perspective of
several family members dealing with a daughter who has cancer and another
daughter born of the need for a cord blood donor. The novel explores the
youngest daughter's desire for medical emancipation from her parents and
sisters, but focuses heavily on the tough decisions a parent must make when
confronted with an ill child.
You can also read the full
synopsis of this story here :
HANDLE WITH
CARE
Handle with Care poses an
interesting question. Handle with Care, like many of Picoult's other novels,
explores legalities with the main characters ending up in a court room. This
time, the legal question at hand deals with wrongful birth. If a hospital or
doctor performs an ultrasound and doesn't catch a disability of your baby while
he or she is still in the womb, should they be held responsible for the birth
of the baby that subsequently occurs?

The Pact, which Jodi Picoult has
described on her website as an anti-Romeo and Juliet tale. The families
involved are too close; they encourage the budding romance between a neighbour
boy and a neighbour girl. The novel begins with the two families learning that,
due to an alleged suicide pact between the two teenagers, the girl has died
from a gunshot wound to the head. The boy is still alive, though, and questions
linger regarding the legitimacy of this so called pact. The two families, best
friends throughout their children's childhood, are torn apart by what has
happened, and a court case ensues with the neighbour boy as the defendant.
Through flashbacks throughout the novel, we're given insight to their
childhood, their relationship, their families, and of course what actually
happened the night the pact was carried out.

Salem Falls
A handsome stranger comes to
the sleepy New England town of Salem Falls in hopes of burying his past: Once a
teacher at a girls' prep school, Jack St. Bride was destroyed when a student's
crush sparked a powder keg of accusation. Now, washing dishes for Addie Peabody
at the Do-Or-Diner, he slips quietly into his new routine, and Addie finds this
unassuming man fitting easily inside her heart. But amid the rustic calm of
Salem Falls, a quartet of teenage girls harbor dark secrets -- and they
maliciously target Jack with a shattering allegation. Now, at the center of a
modern-day witch hunt, Jack is forced once again to proclaim his innocence: to
a town searching for answers, to a justice system where truth becomes a
slippery concept written in shades of gray, and to the woman who has come to
love him.

having a good time’.
Nur Dania ‘Dash’ Dashrin; a third-culture kid caught in a limbo between home-country Malaysia and the world she knew. Sent back to Malaysia for her Upper Form Secondary education from Delhi, hell broke loose as she was adjusting with the life and expectation living in a boarding school, especially not being made easy by those who would never understand. The clashes of beliefes, culture, principals, definitions of identity and a struggle to prove that she was her own person, was a long battle.
And she learnt; that everybody sure do have a past, but currently giving their all to live the present, and sure as rain deserves a future.
